Digital Pathology & AI

Integration of artificial intelligence and digital workflows into surgical pathology diagnostics, including image analysis, IHC quantification, and AI-assisted pattern recognition in lung cancer.

At Argos Laboratory, we are actively developing and deploying AI-assisted diagnostic tools to improve accuracy, efficiency, and reproducibility in surgical pathology.

Current initiatives:

  • AI-powered immunohistochemistry quantification (PD-L1, Ki-67, HER2)
  • Digital slide triage and navigation for high-volume oncologic cases
  • Pattern recognition models for lung cancer subtype classification
  • Cell quantification pipelines for immune profiling
  • Collaboration with software engineers on custom pathology AI tools
  • Digital cytopathology — comparative studies of glass vs. digital slides for cervical cytology
