Pathology Education

Professor, mentor, and international speaker committed to advancing pathology education in Brazil, Latin America, and Africa through courses, podcasts, and collaborative programs.

Education has been a constant thread throughout my career — from teaching pathophysiology as a resident at the University of Maryland, to instructing fellows at Johns Hopkins, to mentoring graduate students at the Federal University of Ceará for over a decade.

Mentorship: Supervisor of multiple MSc and PhD students at the Federal University of Ceará Graduate Program in Pathology, with research projects spanning lung cancer, urothelial tumors, transplant pathology, and cardiovascular disease.
